Computer Science

The Department of Computer science offers a major program of study in computer theory and applications. the curriculum is designed to prepare students for graduate studies or for work in industry. Students take courses
which acquaint them with both software and hardware. Major requirements include Computer Science CS111, CS112, CS115,  CS116, CS213, CS220, and four other computer science courses numbered 200 or above, two of which must be from CS270, CS310, CS325, CS343. Students are also required to take MA170-180 and a statistics course.
