The "official" beginning of your college year will be in late August when you arrive on campus for new student orientation. This is a three-day program that is designed to help you get to know your classmates, the academic expectations of college, involve yourself in the life of the campus community, and move you into your residence hall.
The dates for Move-In Day, New Student Orientation and the First Day of Classes will be announced in the spring!
- Move-In Day: To be announced
- New Student Orientation: To be announced
- Upperclassmen Return: To be announced
- Classes Begin: To be announced
Every new student will be placed into an orientation team led by two student leaders. These early connections with your classmates and student leaders will allow for candid and honest discussions about a variety of topics related to your college experience. These three fun-filled days will also include numerous social activities to allow you the opportunity to have quality time to spend with your new classmates.
Move in happens when you arrive on campus for orientation in late August. Time is provided in the orientation schedule for students and parents to move into their room.
"It's the best day of the year!"
