Health and Wellness

At Saint Anselm, the physical and emotional well-being of our students is our first priority. Located on the lower level of the Cushing Center, College Health Services provides a wide range of medical, health, and counseling services.

Confidential medical and counseling services are available at no additional cost to all full-time, matriculated, resident students and matriculated non-residents who pay the optional health fee. Care is provided by a devoted full-time staff of professional medical clinicians and counselors.

To encourage healthy behaviors, College Health Services also provides preventative care counseling and health education programs throughout the year. Frequently presented programs include:

  • Alcoholedu, an alcohol abuse prevention class mandatory for all first year students
  •  Holistic Opportunities for Well-being (H.O.W.), a program providing nutritional, recreational, fitness, and housing options to support students committed living a healthy lifestyle

For more information, please contact College Health Services at (603) 641-7028.

Saint Anselm College Health Services is a member of the American College Health Association, New England College Health Association, and the New Hampshire College Health Association, and is licensed as an educational health facility by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
