Included as part of your campus technology, Media Services provides a comprehensive package of cable TV channels. All residence hall rooms have a cable TV hookup. However, you will need to furnish your own cable-ready TV and coaxial cable to connect.

For information, service questions, or cable problems, call Media Services at 641-7030, or come to Room 229A or Room 229, on the second floor of Poisson Hall, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please note: Media Services does not service or repair personal televisions.

How to Determine if Your TV is Working Properly

If you are experiencing TV problems, try plugging your TV into another room's plug. If your TV works, you then know that your wall connection has a problem and should be reported for service. If your TV still does not work, you will need to have it repaired.
