Residential First Year Experience

First year males reside mostly in Dominic Hall and first year females reside in either Joan of Arc Hall or Baroody Hall. A standard room in a first year residence hall will be 11' x 14' in size, furnished with a twin-sized bed for each resident, built-in storage closets, a desk and chair for each resident, and a shared dresser.

First year students are strongly encouraged to consult our helpful list of what items to bring to college and what items to leave behind prior to arriving at school.

First year students also benefit from the Residential First Year Experience (RFYE) program that provides programmatic support to assist students as they make the transition to college life. A collaborative effort of several campus offices including Health Services, Campus Ministry, Student Activities, Academic Resource Center, and the Office of Residential Life and Education, RFYE is prepared to help students meet the challenges of their first year at college.

For more information, please contact the Office of Residential Life and Education by email or phone at (603) 222-4006.
