As a natural expression of our Catholic and Benedictine identity, Saint Anselm College offers various opportunities for daily prayer and reflection. The Abbey Church is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. All members of the college community are encouraged to spend time in reflection and prayer in accordance with their own beliefs.

  • 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

  • 11:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.

Wednesday

  • 11:30 a.m., 5:15 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Lady Chapel)

Saturday

  • 11:50 a.m.

Monastic Liturgy of the Hours

Sunday

  • Morning Prayer 7:10 a.m.
  • Daytime Prayer 8:30 a.m.

Evening Prayer with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament 5:30 p.m.

  • Night Prayer 7:30 p.m. (Old Choir Chapel)

Monday through Saturday

  • Morning Prayer 6:00 a.m.
  • Daytime Prayer 12:00 p.m.
  • Evening Prayer 7:05 p.m. (Vigil Saturday 7:30 p.m.)

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Monday and Wednesday and Friday

  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Lower Level)

Sunday

  • 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. (Lower Level)

The Blessed Sacrament is reserved in the chapel to the right of the sanctuary in the Upper Church.
