New Commuter Email Address

A new email address (commuters@anselm.edu) has been made for commuter concerns. Emails sent to the commuter email address will be directed towards the commuter liaison, Andrea Griffin, the commuter council, and the faculty of the Multicultural Center.

Inclement Weather

With the weather changing it is important to be aware of the services SAC offers to students that travel to campus. Weather related campus closings are posted on WMUR and WZID (radio 95.7) with the other school closings. Campus Safety and Security also offers an emergency texting service. In the case of a campus emergency or weather related campus closing a text message will be sent out with the information to every that has registered for the service.

This is a free service, registration can be found on the campus safety website.

The Multicultural Center also offers the Host-A-Hawk program for commuters that make it school but do not feel comfortable traveling home. Students on campus have volunteered to allow commuters to stay with them for the night. If you are interested in finding a host, contact the Multicultural Center or commuters@anselm.edu. If you do stay overnight, be sure to be aware of the time restricted parking lots.
