The Residence Hall Council (RHC) is made up of sophomores, juniors and seniors from both traditional and non-traditional housing areas. RHC meets every other week to discuss ways that the students on-campus can positively impact their residence hall communities, and to plan ways that students can become involved in the wider Saint Anselm College community and Manchester-area community. Past events and initiatives have included:

• RHC Thanksgiving Baskets
• Mario Kart Study Break during finals week
• Proposing dry erase boards for the lounges of four Saint Anselm College residence halls
• Housing Lottery Open Houses
• Relay for Life participation
