Media Services provides a single point of contact for timely, accurate, and reliable media services for the instructional needs of the Saint Anselm Community. Through Media Services you'll find the services, equipment, and technical expertise to assist you in your course instruction or special event planning.

If a staff member is not available at the moment you call, your call will be forwarded to Media Services voice mail. Your message should include your first and last name, your department, your telephone number and a detailed description of your request (including the type of equipment, building and room number, and the date and time needed).

From on campus, you can now make your request or check the status of a request online with our Media Reservation System.

Some of the more popular services the media team provides are:

• Audio and video production
• Audio and video conversion
• CD/DVD creation, duplication, and mastering
• Classroom technology support
• Event support (some restrictions apply)

Media Requests

Media requests should be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. We want to guarantee delivery and set-up of equipment but cannot reliably do so in under 48 hours.  We know that some events are last minute and will attempt to satisify all requests.

Evening and Weekend Coverage

Coverage of evening and weekend events is limited and should be coordinated in advance of any event.  If coverage is required, arrangements can be made through Media Services to contract one of our reliable outside vendors for Media Coverage. Costs for this service will be the responsibility of the requesting organization or department.
