New Hampshire's First Female Delegation at the NHIOP

The New Hampshire Institute of Politics & Political Library at Saint Anselm College in partnership with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) and the New Hampshire Women's Initiative (NHWI) will host the five women holding New Hampshire's major political offices: NH Governor-elect Maggie Hassan, U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen, U.S. Representative-elect Ann McLane Kuster, and U.S. Representative-elect Carol Shea-Porter, on Friday, Dec. 7 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The event will be moderated by Chamber President & CEO Robin A. Comstock.

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast and networking, the formal program begins at 8:00 a.m. Following the program, the panelists will take photos and talk to attendees.

The New Hampshire Institute of Politics & Political Library was founded on the premise that an educated citizenry is vital for a healthy democracy. Since its doors opened in 2001, the Institute has provided a nonpartisan forum for discussion and debate on all aspects of the American political process. Its mission is to educate, engage and empower citizens to participate in the civic and political life of their local, national and global communities. Located on the campus of Saint Anselm College, the institute is housed in a 20,000-square-foot facility that contains an auditorium, television studio, research center, classrooms, seminar rooms, academic offices, a computer lab, and the Common Ground Café.
