NEW Leadership New England

Lauren Chooljian '10 Interviews Sen. Hillary ClintonNational Education for Women (NEW) Leadership New England traditionally hosts its annual five-day residential program for undergraduate women at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, on the campus of Saint Anselm College. NEW Leadership New England is a leadership training program designed to educate and empower young women to give them the skills to be part of the next generation of women leaders.

The summer program includes workshops for students to actively develop leadership skills such as public speaking and networking, as well as presentations from politically active women throughout New England. Participants will also benefit from the Faculty-in-Residence, a group of women public leaders who serve as mentors for students throughout their stay.

Made possible by E. Carol Polifroni, RN, EdD, and Susan Furlong, RN, JD, in honor of their mothers, and mothers everywhere, who have encouraged their daughters to be leaders.
