Saint Anselm College and the Office of Career Services launches ACES, their latest career database for students, alumni to connect with employers.
ACES (Anselmian Career and Employer System) is an online job and internship database available exclusively to Saint Anselm College students and alumni. It simplifies the job search process using innovative technology, assisting student and employer registration, resume referrals, job posting and management, interview scheduling, resume books and alumni mentoring.
Sam Allen, Director of the Office of Career Services said about the system, "By implementing this new system with an industry leader like CSO, we continue to expand our menu of services related to employer support, internships, graduate employment, and more."
"This new initiative emphasizes the college's strong and comprehensive commitment to assist our graduates in reaching their goals after they leave the campus," said Allen.
Powered by CSO Research's Interfase system, ACES is available 24/7. Students, alumni, and employers access ACES.
In addition to full access to all job and internship listings, ACES provides students with a vehicle to:
- sign up for events
- view career related documents
- manage their resumes, cover letters and recommendations.
For alumni, ACES benefits both those searching for a position as well as those employers looking to fill positions. Alumni may access all job and internship listings, manage employment documents, and submit resumes.
Working with the Office of Career Services and ACES, alumni can find the right candidate by posting positions for free.
Employers can quickly and easily post jobs for students and new graduates, choose to receive "online applications" directly from the system with current resumes attached, schedule on-campus visits, sign up for career events and much more.

Using ACES, CSO's product, provides Career Services with powerful reporting tools enabling the office to track job postings, acceptances, and interviews as well as student and employer participation and satisfaction, leading to a more thorough and systematic level of reporting.
About Career Services
The Office of Career Services provides information and advisement assistance to Saint Anselm students and recent graduates. It also works with external employers offering on-campus recruitment, job listing opportunities, and more. Career Services is a member of the college's Center for Experiential Learning (CEL), which coordinates and promotes co-curricular activities for students' professional, social, and civic development and includes the Office of Career Services, the Internship Office, the Study Abroad Office, and The Meelia Center for Student Engagement.
