College Hosts Republican Debate: Saturday, February 6

On Saturday, Feb. 6 at 8 p.m. ET, Saint Anselm College will once again be in the national spotlight as it hosts the final Republican Presidential Primary Debate before the New Hampshire Primary on Tuesday, Feb. 9. The debate, in partnership with ABC News, WMUR-TV , and Independent Journal/, will broadcast live from the college's Carr Center featuring the leading Republican presidential candidates.

This is the second of two debates Saint Anselm College is hosting in this presidential primary season. On December 19, the college hosted the final Democratic Primary Debate of 2015 in partnership with ABC News and the New Hampshire Union Leader. The debate featured former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT.), and former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley who discussed national security, taxes, the economy, healthcare, and college affordability.
