Saint Anselm is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. We hold membership in the Association of American Colleges, American Council on Education, National Catholic Educational Association, National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, and American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. The College is on the approved list of the American Chemical Society and, for teacher training, the New Hampshire State Board of Education.

Our baccalaureate program in nursing is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and approved by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. Our Department of Nursing is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, the National League for Nursing, and the Nightingale Society. Our Continuing Nursing Education Program is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

New Hampshire College and University Council
Saint Anselm College is a member of the New Hampshire College and University Council (NHCUC), a consortium of New Hampshire colleges established for the purpose of institutional cooperation. A student exchange program allows students of one council member institution to register for courses at other member institutions.
