1) This is a two-part question:

* What is the bourgeoisie? What is the proletariat?

* The history of the world is the history of what?

2) How and why did the Industrial Revolution and the bourgeoisie pave the way to the world market and globalization?

3) What leads to the formation of class consciousness among the proletariat? In other words, what developments lead individual proletarians to conceive of themselves as part of a larger group—the proletariat—with a common interest? How does industrialization help create this feeling of common interest among the proletariat?

4) According to Marx and Engels, what will precipitate the revolution that will topple the bourgeoisie?
