The *Visual Resource Study Center (VRSC)—viewable from on-campus only—provides visual support for faculty teaching, student presentations, and faculty research projects through an online database of images, slides, videos, and CD-ROMs. The VRSC collection of 75,000 images depicts the history of art from prehistoric through contemporary, covering all mediums: architecture, painting, sculpture, graphics, decorative arts, mosaics, manuscripts, stained glass, photography, and mixed media. A special topics section has also been developed to compliment the Humanities Program, including theology and history courses.
The VRSC is located in the Department of Fine Arts and Music in South Hall (beneath the Chapel Art Center) and is staffed by a full-time curator and support staff. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
*Please Note: The VRSC is only accessible when connected to the campus network or through Citrix.
