Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that a liberal arts college is an ideal educational environment for undergraduates, one which (as the college philosophy states) "encourages students to lead lives that are both creative and generous."

Within this environment, my role is to introduce students to concepts and issues that arise in organizations, and specifically within the management discipline. This involves a combination of imparting information, rousing interest and curiosity, and giving students some form of hands-on experience through case studies and other simulations.
