On April 8-10, 2010, the English department at Saint Anselm College will host a conference examining the achievements of Andre Dubus (1936-1999) and Andre Dubus III.
Sessions will be in the morning and afternoon of Friday and Saturday, with an after-luncheon keynote speech and a dinner reception and reading on Friday.
To register, print out the registration form below and mail to Professor Edward J. Gleason at Saint Anselm College. Registration fee is $125 (not including Friday evening dinner) - $85 for students. Checks may be made out to "Saint Anselm College."

Conference Highlights
The conference will feature a reading by Andre Dubus III. The keynote speaker is Rev. Patrick Samway, S.J., noted literary scholar and long-time friend of the Dubus family.
A special pre-conference presentation by a major literary figure will be given on Thursday, April 8 at 8 p.m. More details regarding this event will be posted soon.

Call for Papers
Paper topic proposals and suggestions for topics for panel discussions should be submitted to the conference director, Dr. Edward J. Gleason at egleason@anselm.edu.Deadline for paper proposals is Jan. 1, 2010.
Lodging and Dining
Conference attendees will be able to receive a discounted room rate at the Manchester/Bedford Hampton Inn of $89 for either a queen-size or twin bed room. The facility is approximately five miles from the Saint Anselm campus.
