Summer Study Program: Lima, Peru

Cost: $4,045 + airfare
Prerequisite: Intermediate Spanish
What’s Included:
- Host family stay with two students per room, three meals per day, and weekly laundry service
- Overnight cultural excursions to Cusco/Machu Picchu and Iquitos/Amazon River, which include hotel and breakfast, transportation, entry fees. (Iquitos excursion includes all meals.)
- Day excursion to Pachacamac including transportation and entry fees
- Orientation upon arrival
- Group welcome and farewell dinner
Academic Information:
Dr. Pablo Garcia will teach Special Topics SP372, which is required of all students (3 credits)
Students choose ONE of the following courses taught by faculty of University of the Pacific (each is 3 credits): Advanced Spanish Grammar OR Socioeconomic and Political Reality of Perú OR Intro to Latin American Literature
