You have the opportunity to have contact with a variety of employers for full-time positions after  graduation. The benefits of interviewing include:

  • Sharpening your communication and self-promotion skills
  • Gathering information about different positions and employers to make more informed decisions about what jobs are right for you
  • Receiving a job offer prior to graduation.

Participation is Simple
You must have an active Saint Anselm e-mail address to participate with on-campus interviews. To find out what employers are schedule to come to campus and when, visit our events calendar.

You should plan to finalize your résumé and have it checked by an advisor in our office prior to résumé submission deadlines. Extra copies of your résumé may be made at a local copy shop. Copies of your résumé can be dropped into the appropriate job folder in the hallway outside of CES (top floor, Cushing Center) prior to each employer's listed deadline.

We will forward your résumé to the employer for review and if you are selected by the employer, you will be notified by e-mail to schedule a time for an interview. You have 72 hours to schedule your interview or you will lose your priority and you will be placed on a waiting list. If you are not chosen for an interview, it simply means that your background did not meet the needs of the employer.

On the date and at the time of your interview, you should arrive at CES looking and feeling your best.

Please note our illness/emergency policy and our no-show policy.

  • Canceling an interview is frowned upon, however, you may cancel an interview 24 hours before the interviewer is scheduled to be on campus. Canceling on the day of the interview may be done only in the case of illness or other serious personal circumstances. If you do cancel, you must send a note of apology to the interviewer and submit a copy to our office.
  • If you do not show up for a scheduled interview, you will automatically lose your right to participate in our recruiting program. In order to be reinstated, you must send a note of apology to the recruiter and submit a copy to our office. Failure to do so will result in loss of Career Education Services privileges.
