Career Exploration
We offer individual counseling and guidance to students exploring career options. Among our services we provide access to FOCUS II, a software program that identifies your skills, interests, and values and offers occupational suggestions and information. EXPLORING YOU can help you to relate your personality type to a broad range of college and employment enviroments. "What Can I Do With This Major?" can provide information pertaining to the related career paths that can flow from your academic program.  CES also offers publications that outline common careers for different majors, typical employers, and strategies designed to maximize career opportunities upon completion of your bachelor degree.

Job Search Preparation
We offer information and counseling about getting started with your job search, including résumé and cover letter writing, career networking, and practice interviewing.

Job and Internship Listings
Our office lists internship and summer job listings as well as part-time and full-time job information for current students and alumni.

Mentoring and Career Development Network (MCDN) 
The MCDN is a cooperative program between CES and the Alumni Relations Office that provides opportunities to network with alumni and friends of the College for the purposes of obtaining career and job information, rehearsing job search skills and for obtaining relocation support.

Employer Visits
CES hosts a number of on-campus employer visits each year.  Visits can be informal such as information tables and major-specific career fairs or can be more formal interview based events. Students should regularly check our Events Calendar to review scheduled employer visits.
