The Executive Vice President serves as the chief operating officer of the college and is second in command to the President. The Executive Vice President leads strategic and master campus planning, chairs the Planning and Budgeting Committee and oversees the implementation and assessment of departmental programs and services. All annual standing committee appointments are issued by the executive vice president after consultation with the president and in accordance with the policies approved by the Governing Board.

The Office of the Executive Vice President is located in Alumni Hall, first floor, and maintains an open door policy.
