Assistant Professor of German

Seeking candidate to fill a one-year (renewable to three years) position in German beginning in the Fall of 2010.  The ideal candidate will be a generalist in German language/literature/intellectual history. Ph.D. in German (ABD considered), and be willing to teach German language at the Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced levels; spoken German must be at native or near-native fluency.
