Health Insurance

  • HMO - Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
  • College/employee co-pay for premiums
  • Eligibility on the first of the month following thirty days of full-time employment

Life Insurance

  • Basic Term Life and AD&D funded by the college, equal to one-and-half times annual base salary to a maximum benefit of $125,000
  • Supplemental Life Insurance program available
  • Eligibility on the first day of the month following thirty days of full-time employment

Flexible Benefits

  • Pre-tax health, life, and dental premium contributions
  • Pre-tax spending account for out-of-pocket medical expenses
  • Child and Elder care pre-tax spending account

Dental Insurance

  • Eligibility: First of the month following one year of full-time employment
  • College/employee co-pay for premiums
  • Northeast Delta Dental Insurance

Disability Income

  • Short-term benefits available for first six months of disability, eligible first of month following six months of full-time service
  • Long-term benefits available after six months of disability, eligible first of month following one year of full-time service

Tuition Remission Program
Eligible after one year.Eligibility waiver if faculty member has met eligibility at another institution of higher education immediately preceding employment at Saint Anselm College.

  • Tuition waiver for employee at Saint Anselm College
  • Tuition discount program for eligible members of the employee's immediate family at Saint Anselm College
  • Tuition remission for dependent children at other colleges

Retirement - 403(b)
Eligibility requirement waiver for faculty member who has  accumulated 2 years of full time service at an institution of higher education within the previous 5 years. If this is met, faculty member is eligible for college contribution 1st of month following 30 days of full time employment.

  • Must be 21 years of age; immediate plan participation available for employee contribution
  • Eligibility for college contribution first of month following two years of full-time service*
  • Tax Deferred Retirement Annuity programs through Mutual of America or TIAA/CREF
  • Optional Supplemental Retirement Annuity program
  • College contributes 7 % of base salary
