The Student Employment Program at the college includes both Federal Work Study (FWS) and Saint Anselm College Student Payroll. On-campus job opportunities are available in various department at the college. The benefits of working on-campus include:

The general starting student wage is $6.75 per hour. Students who work in Dining Services, Coffee Shop and Pub, and Physical Plant earn $7.75 an hour. Some leadership positions in the Meelia Center for Community Service pay an hourly rate up to $9 depending on the job performed. Students returning to work in the same department each academic year will receive a $0.25 per hour increase in their hourly rate. This does not apply to summer or Meelia Center student employment.
Students employees will need to complete W-4 and I-9 forms within the first three days of beginning work. Completion of these forms is required by the Federal government, and all earnings are considered reportable income. Students may want to consult with their parent(s) regarding their withholding declaration. Representatives from the Office of Human Resources are available during Orientation and during office hours thoughout the academic year to facilitate completion of these forms.
