Place on hold

• press HOLD key or hook switch/flash key
• dial *9
• hang up 

Retrieve from hold    

• press flashing line key or lift handset 
• dial *9 

Transfer call  

• press hook switch/flash key
• dial the extension number
• wait to announce call or hang up

Busy extension or no answer

• press hook switch/flash key to reconnect to caller 

Forward all calls

• lift handset 
• dial #91 plus extension
• 5330 forwards to voicemail

Cancel call forward  

• lift handset
• dial #91
• hang up 

Answer call waiting

• incoming call beeps
• press hook switch/flash key
• dial *9
• hang up the receiver - puts first caller on hold and rings second caller through
  answer the second call

To return to the first caller

• press the switch/hook
• dial *9 - connects first caller

Program speed dial

• lift handset
• dial ##3
• enter index number (0 - 9)
• enter phone number to be stored (9 plus number if external) 

Using speed dial 

• lift handset
• dial #3 plus index number 

Save number for redial  

• dial a number
• press hook switch/flash key
• dial #4 

Redial saved number

• lift handset
• dial #4-saved number dialed

Redial  last number

• lift handset
• dial ##4
