Upper classmen have the opportunity to live in an apartment setting on campus in a courtyard community. Danais, Mareski, Cohen, Gerald, and Primeau buildings make up Benedict Court. The buildings share an RD and have a staff of RAs. Each apartment is single sex, buildings are co-ed by apartment.

Apartment Accommodations
The apartments have two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. They come with a traditional kitchen (stove, sink, and fridge), and furnished with a couch, chairs, coffee table, kitchen table and chairs, and a bed and desk per resident. Also provided is a campus telephone line and telephone, cable connection, and adequate internet hook-ups for each resident.

Residents supply their own kitchen amenities (pots, dishes, etc.) and are allowed an optional meal plan through dining services.

All College assigned furnishings must be kept in the apartment. No storage facilities are provided. Residents are responsible for cleaning their apartments and the removal of garbage to the provided dumpsters. Laundry facilities are located next to Cohen.

Apartment Condition
Residents check-in with an RD or RA and sign off on the condition of the apartment on the Room Condition Form. At the end of spring semester, residents check-out to compare any damage that happened over the course of the year. Damage or maintenance needs throughout the semester should be reported to the Residence Life staff assigned to the area.

Resident Policies
Residents follow college housing policies, found in the Student Handbook and the Benedict Court handbook. Each resident is given a handbook upon check-in.

Housing Timeline/Lottery
The Housing Lottery Selection Packet is published early in the spring semester and sent to all resident students via their mailbox. The packet outlines the process, timeline and Room Selection dates/location.
