Lauren (Ward) Steiert '93 and her family (husband, Steve, and children, Gabriella, age 7, and Jackson, age 3) are finalists in a nationwide contest held by Chrysler.  The family had to take a picture of themselves on a weekend adventure and write a 200 word essay about it.  Their entry was judged out of all nationwide applicants to be one of the best.  They are one of twenty families competing for six grand prizes, including either a trip for a family of four to Orlando, FL, car rental, $2,000 spending money, $500 Nickshop.com gift card; or a consultation with an expert in the decorating and home improvement field, $5,000 spending money, $500 gift card; or a family professional portrait session, $5,000 spending money, $500 gift card; or a trip for four to any continental U.S. Great Wolf Lodge, $2,350 spending money, $500 gift card; or re-create an entertaining story from Ladies' Home Journal, party for thirty, $3,000 spending money, $500 gift card.
