Grappone Stadium is the centerpiece of the revival of football at Saint Anselm. Built in 1999, the stadium is named in honor of John and Ruth Grappone of Concord, N.H., and seats a capacity crowd of 4,500, including 2,500 in the stadium's grandstand seats.
Underneath the grandstand are private official and game administration rooms, private locker rooms for both home and visiting teams, including restroom and shower facilities. A small auxiliary training area is also provided for treating immediate medical needs.
Grappone Stadium's press facility rises two floors and includes more than 1,500 square feet of workspace, including radio and television broadcast booths, coaches' booths, and game administration areas. Print media and sports information also claim private working space while the second level includes a 480-square-foot President's Box.
