Located on the southeastern corner of the Saint Anselm campus, just below the college's dining hall and Dana Humanities Center, Kavanagh Fields are among the college's most recognizable athletic fields. Named after Lionel B. Kavanagh, a former trustee and benefactor, the fields were constructed in 1974 and have received substantial updates in recent years. Saint Anselm baseball's Sullivan Park and football's Grappone Stadium are located within Kavanagh Athletic Fields.
