South Easton, Mass. -- Senior field hockey co-captain Michele Baca (Franklin, N.H.) has been named to the Northeast-10 Field Hockey All-Academic First Team, as announced by the Northeast-10 Conference office this week. Baca, a nursing major, helped lead the Hawks to their first-ever appearance in the Northeast-10 Tournament semifinals.

Baca, a nursing major who carries a 3.57 cumulative grade-point average, is a two-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at Saint Anselm. She is also a member of Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Student-Athlete Honor Society, inducted this past April.
