Saint Anselm's record now stands at 21-2-1, 17-1-1 ECAC East, while Holy Cross' record now stands at 15-7-3, 13-4-2 ECAC East. The tie secures Saint Anselm's second consecutive ECAC East Regular Season title.

The Hawks outshot Holy Cross 36-25 in the game, but neither team managed to find the back of the net in the scoreless tie. The Hawks also had eight power play opportunities, but failed to take advantage of all eight. The Crusaders had three power play opportunities, but also did not manage to take advantage of their chances.
