Manchester, N.H. -- Three members of the Saint Anselm field hockey team were honored by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) as members of the 2007 ZAG/NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad. Senior Michele Baca (Franklin, N.H.), sophomore Lauren Chooljian (Hampstead, N.H.) and freshman Sasha Villahermosa (Marlborough, Mass.) were each named to the team.

Baca, a team captain, helped the Hawks to their first-ever appearance in the Northeast-10 Tournament Semifinals as she started all 19 games and finished with one goal and one assist, including one game-winning score. Chooljian, a sophomore forward, appeared in 17 games with one start and ended the season with two assists. Villahermosa, a freshman defender, appeared in three games during her rookie season.
