Senatore will enter his second season on the Hilltop after being named head coach in September of 2006.
In his first season, he lead Saint Anselm to an NE-10 tournament berth for the first time since 2003. The Hawks won four out of their last five games, including victories over the #9 and #10 ranked teams in the country, to earn the postseason bid. For his efforts, he earned NE-10 honors as Coach of the Year, sharing the award with Mike Pressler of Bryant University.
Prior to coming to Saint Anselm, Senatore was head coach at Hopkinton High School. He started the program in 2004 and in just its second year as a varsity program, the team finished with a 12-4 record and advanced to the New Hampshire State Final Four. He was named Coach of the Year by the NHIAA and was selected to coach the New Hampshire Senior All-Star Team. Senatore is also a co-founder and director of Granite State Lacrosse, which runs a series of camps, indoor leagues and the New Hampshire Tomahawks Elite Lacrosse Club.
Senatore is a 1991 graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he played under legendary coach Dick Garber. He was a four-year starting midfielder and helped the Minutemen to four straight NCAA Division I Tournament appearances and a top-10 national ranking in each of those seasons. Senatore was a team captain, named to the Division I All-New England Team, and was selected to play in the NEILA Senior All-Star Game.
A native of Lindenhurst, NY, Senatore played on the prestigious Long Island Empire State Team and was selected to try-out for the Under-19 U.S. National Team. He currently resides in Bedford, NH, with his wife, Valerie, and their two children.
