Men's and Women's Head Coach: Roberta Cullity
Roberta Cullity enters her eighth year as women's tennis coach at Saint Anselm in 2007-2008. In addition, Cullity is also the interim men's coach for this season as well.
Under her guidance, the Hawks have come a long way with the program advancing to its first ever NCAA Division II Tournament appearance in the spring of 2004. Saint Anselm finished the season at 10-4 with a lofty 9-2 mark in Northeast-10 Conference play.
The Hawks had four slots on the all-conference team with players being selected to the first team at #5 and #6 Singles, as well as a second team selection a3 #2 Doubles and a third team pick at #3 Doubles.
More importantly that the all-conference accolades has been Cullity's reputation around the region as not only a solid coach, but a good sport. Under Cullity, Courtney Foster, '04, was awarded the ITA/Arthur Ashe Award for Leadership & Sportsmanship in an announcement by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association in the soring of 2004. Foster was one of six players nationally to be recognized with this award, representing the Northeast region.
