  Glucose solution, thread, dialysis tubing

Experiment Steps - version 1
   
Liquid in a solid Bore 2 holes in agar plate and fill holes
  Fill holes with liquid
   
Membranes Separate/open dialysis tubing
  Pour glucose and tie off the glucose bag
  Dry dialysis tube with glucose solution
  Weigh dialysis tube with glucose solution using Ohaus balance
  Place dialysis tube in warm water bath
