Management and Responsibility: Saint Anselm College has made all arrangements through its agents, Mir International, and Finnair of Boston, which act only as the agents for the several carriers, hotels and other establishments providing accommodations or services to tour participants, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, delay or inconvenience which may be caused to or sustained by our customer or any other person, or to or by the property of such customer, the cancellation or delay in departure or arrival of any scheduled flight, or accidents, collisions, thefts, strikes, weather conditions, disease, civil war. The liability of the agents and Saint Anselm College shall in any event be limited to refund of sums paid for any service not rendered unless otherwise specified herein. All inclusive costs subject to change but only if administrative or travel costs increase or if U.S. dollar valuation changes. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour, unless insured. The right is reserved to decline or accept any person as a member of these tours at any time. Should a person decline to participate on the tour before one month to the date of departure, all money shall be refunded. Thereafter, the airline and agency retain a fee based upon a sliding scale to the departure date, as is customary; medical or other serious emergencies will result in refund of the total air cost but perhaps not the money sent abroad.
