Informed Consent
 The study in which you are about to take part in will ask that you complete a few questionnaires regarding body image and interpersonal relationships.  The entire process should take approximately 45 minutes.  Upon completion of the study you will receive 1 credit.  Do not write your name on any of the forms in order to maintain confidentiality.  Please be advised that participation in this study is completely voluntary and that you have the right to cease participation at any time.  All research conducted at Saint Anselm College is in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the American Psychological Association.  If you are satisfied with the above description of what is required of you by this study and understand your rights as a participant, please sign your name below.
