Submissions together with an abstract in English that describes the content should be sent either by regular mail on 3.5 disk or CD Rom, or by e-mailing an attached file to the editor. Word97 (or older) is preferred. Paper submissions are not accepted.

All submissions must include the author's name and institutional affiliation. Footnotes with raised Arabic numerals, not endnotes, are required. The paper should be written in the Times font, 12 pt., with 1 inch margins on all four sides of the paper. Do not use any headers or footers.
