SciFinder Scholar provides access to Chemical Abstracts from 1907 to the present.

SciFinder Scholar is NOT available via a web browser; it requires client software for access. Below is information on how Saint Anselm College students, faculty and staff can access this service.

SciFinder Scholar is available 24 hours a day, except from 10 p.m. Saturday through 1 a.m. Sunday. On the first Saturday of each month, SciFinder Scholar is available only until 5 p.m.

On Campus Access: in the Library
SciFinder Scholar uses proprietary software that has been installed on Library computers. Click on the SciFinder Scholar icon to access the database. Access is restricted to members of the Saint Anselm College community.

Outside the Library and Off Campus Access
SciFinder Scholar is available to authorized users via their Citrix. account. To enable Citrix/SciFinder access for the first time, please contact a member of the Chemistry Faculty or the Library Reference Desk at 641-7306 or by e-mail.
