Adjacent to the Reference Desk, the Reference Collection is a great starting point for many research projects. We have a variety of specialized reference sources such as encyclopedias, handbooks, and dictionaries for every major here at St. Anselm's. We also have a fast-growing collection of e-reference resources that can be browsed or searched online. These are excellent sources for picking a topic, getting background information, and identifying keywords to search in our databases. Don't forget to check the bibliographies of useful entries in the reference books, since these will point you to books and articles on your topic that are worth investigating.
