The NHIOP's Academic Advisory Board has selected Elissa Rauth (Class of 2008) to receive the 2008 NHIOP Student Research Honoraria. She will present her thesis comparing the treatment of citizen participation in the works of John Locke and Alexis de Tocqueville at the institute on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 1 p.m. in room 4007. All are welcome to attend.
She will receive a $500 honorarium, and her thesis will be included among the Working Paper series at the Institute's Research Center.
