You don't need an iPod to listen to podcasts. You can use any digital media player or you can simply listen to a podcast on your computer using any media player software that you have installed (e.g., Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Real Player, or iTunes).

To listen to a podcast on your computer, click on the MP3 link. If you have a media player plug-in installed with your Web browser, the podcast should begin to play.

If you don't have a media player plug-in installed with your browser, you will be prompted to download the MP3 file to your computer. After the download is complete, click on the file to play it. If nothing happens, then you need to download a media player. You can choose from any of the ones we link to above.
