New Leadership New England is a partner of the New Leadership Development Network at the Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) at Rutgers University, and is modeled after CAWP’s New Leadership New Jersey program. It is housed at the Jeanne D. Smith Center for the Study of American Democracy and Citizenship at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, Saint Anselm College. New Hampshire is home to the nation’s first-in-the-nation presidential primary.
