- Log in. View log in instructions
- Click on Switch to Edit Site—located at top right of your screen.
- Navigate to your area of the Web.
- Click Create New Page on the left hand administration console.
- The template gallery window opens.
- Click on the name General Use Templates.
- Click the hand icon for Lower Level Template.
- The template gallery window closes.
- A new page appears in your Internet Explorer window.
