  1. Log in. View log in instructions

  2. Click on Switch to Edit Site—located at top right of your screen.

  3. Navigate to your area of the Web.

  4. Click Create New Page on the left hand administration console.

  5. The template gallery window opens.

  6. Click on the name General Use Templates.

  7. Click the hand icon for Lower Level Template.
    Create New Page

  8. The template gallery window closes.

  9. A new page appears in your Internet Explorer window.
