Life Insurance
- Basic Term Life and AD&D funded by the college, equal to one-and-one-half times annual base salary to a maximum benefit of $200,000
- Supplemental life insurance program available
- Eligibility on the first day of the month following date of hire
Disability Income
- Short term benefits available equal to 60% of base salary up to $7,000/month for first six months of disability, eligible following one year of full time service
- Long term benefits available equal to 60% of base salary up to $7,000/month after six months of disability, eligible following one year of full time service
Retirement
The College offers a 403b retirement program for all employees regularly scheduled to work 1000 or more hours per year.

- The College contributes 7% of base salary, following two years of eligible service
- A time of service waiver is available for employees who have accumulated two years of eligible service at an institution of higher education within the previous five years.
- Once an employee is eligible for College contribution, we will match 50% of up to 3% of your pre-tax contribution
