A number of students seek to participate in communities of their own faith or denomination in the Manchester, N.H. area. Visit our local churches for other denominations page for a list of local faith communities.
The answer is a resounding "Yes!" Participation is welcome to all for all kinds of Campus Ministry programs, events, and times of prayer: the Liturgical Choir, Retreats, Service & Solidarity Missions, Road For Hope, Campus RENEW, and more. You are never required to be Catholic to participate in these.
There are very few ministries or liturgical actions that, since they directly concern essential Catholic beliefs and/or liturgical practice (receiving the Eucharist, being a liturgical minister, teaching CCD) are reserved for Catholics only. All are still welcome to attend and participate in any and all masses or liturgies. If you have further questions, come speak with a campus minister so you can get answers for your questions.
At the time for communion during mass, all are welcome and invited to come forward to receive a blessing. This is indicated by crossing your arms over your chest as you approach the priest or liturgical minister. A blessing is given, and then you return to where you were seated like everyone else. No one is required to come forward at communion time.

That's fine! Come and speak with a campus minister so we can answer your questions.
