Research Spotlight: Student Worker Carter Brannon

This summer, Carter Brannon, a senior American Studies major and library assistant, participated in the 5th annual Honors Research Fellowship. The Fellowship is "an opportunity for students in the honors program to pursue research projects that align with their academic interests with dedicated faculty direction and funding" (Williams, 2022). Carter spent eight weeks using Geisel Library's print periodicals collections (Lower Level) to explore medieval history references in discussions of U.S. women's suffrage in the early 20th century. Well done Carter!
