An Introduction to Saint Anselm's Workday Project
We are implementing three Workday solutions including Human Resources, Finance, and Student. The Human Resources and Finance modules will be implemented in 2022-2023, and the Student module will be implemented in 2023-2024. The information and resources below are primarily focused on the Human Resources and Finance implementations which are currently underway.
Project Engagement
Employees at all levels can be involved in Workday’s rollout. Opportunities include leadership activities, team memberships (like the Change Network), sneak peak attendance and testing.
Communication
Several methods of multi-way communication will be utilized. Methods include a project website, project videos, email updates, surveys, and all-college and department meetings.
Training
Training will be available through various modalities. Modalities include quick reference guides, and in-person/remote/recorded venues, specific to what employees need when they need it.
