It is a condition of enrollment that all full-time students have health insurance coverage.  If you do not wish to purchase the plan offered through the college, it is very important that you access the Web site at www.CrossAgency.com/saintanselm and follow the instructions on the "Online Student Health Waiver" link.  If you are enrolling in the plan click on the "Online Student Health Enrollment." 

Please have a copy of your health insurance card with you before you begin the process as you will be asked to provide details of your existing health insurance.  Print out the confirmation page or write down the confirmation number for your records. 

The online waiver must be completed by September 2, 2013.  After this date, you will not be eligible to waive the insurance or have the charge removed from your tuition bill.
